The PER4ORM classes are trainer lead group sessions. We offer classes for every level, whether you’re just getting back into shape or pushing toward peak performance. Every session is rooted in the same core values of movement, strength, confidence, and community. We prioritize proper technique, mobility, and progressive programming so you can build strength safely, avoid injury, and feel results that extend far beyond the gym.

PER4ORM HYBRID CLASS

A "High Intensity" Fitness Class to sharpen every energy system – Strength, Endurance, and Mindset. The PER4ORM Hybrid Class is our signature program designed for individuals who demand more from their workouts. Each class blends Resistance Training with High Intensity Interval Training that challenges both the body and the mind. Expect structured but progressive programming, expert coaching, and an atmosphere that pushes you to hit new levels of fitness you never thought you could. DIESEL STRENGTH CLASS

A Resistance Training Class built for lifters who want more than a sweat — they want strength that shows up daily. Diesel Strength Class combines structured strength programming with progressive overload, complex lifts, and accessory work to build muscle, increase total body strength, and develop lean mass. Expect expert coaching, detailed form correction, and challenging lifts that demand precision, effort, and execution.

Schedules, sign-ups, and what to expect

How long are workout classes at PER4ORM?

Each workout class and personal training session is 60 minutes long.

There is no cancellation fee attached to this membership. However, any client trying to cancel their membership must do so 7 days before their auto pay due date by emailing us at [email protected] with their name and their reason for cancelling. Any client that does not follow these guidelines will not be reimbursed for the month they have been charged.

The workout class schedule is always posted above on our website. 

You cannot show up to a class at PER4ORM without signing up first. To sign up for a class at PER4ORM, you will have to download the MindBody app on your phone and follow the instructions on the ASP tab.

Yes, we cap our classes at 16-32 depending on the class. 

For more information please contact us. 

Availability opens up the day before the class you want to take. To check into a class taking place on Monday, you may check in on Sunday.

You cannot join a workout class that is full, but you can add your name to the waitlist. If someone cancels, you will be notified, removed from the waitlist, and moved into the class.

No. Due to the high volume of 1 On 1 Training clients and limited space, we do not provide the option for members to come workout by themselves.
