Our programming supports off-season development, in-season performance, and long-term career longevity through advanced strength cycles, movement efficiency training, and recovery-focused coaching.

Sports Performance FAQs
How we build athletes at every level
At what age do you begin offering sports performance training for children?
We begin training with children at the age of 7 years old. This type of training includes balance, coordination, and the fundamentals of movements.
At 7 years old we strongly recommend private 1-on-1 training.
Do you do group sports-specific training in SPG?
No. Sports Performance Training at PER4ORM is a universal training group for all sports, where our coaches focus on speed training, agility training, and strength training. We do offer sports-specific training, which is available with a 1 On 1 Training package.
Do my children have to come to their sessions every day?
No. We offer a package of 15 sessions that can be used if your child cannot make it every hour. This package expires after two months, so you have plenty of time to utilize your sessions with our performance coaches.
How do I set up an evaluation at PER4ORM?
To set up an evaluation with our performance coaches, fill out an Evaluation Application here, and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
