By accessing or using our website (https://per4ormsports.com/) (“Site”) or enrolling in any of our training programs (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Use of the Site and Services
You may use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree you will not:
- engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- use the Site or Services to harass, abuse or harm others;

2. Program Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment in our training programs is subject to our registration policy, payment terms, and any additional program-specific rules. All fees must be paid in a timely manner as indicated at registration. Late payment or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and training materials—is our property or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification, public display) requires our express prior written consent.
4. User Conduct and Attendant Risks
When participating in our training programs, you accept that there are physical risks inherent in sports and fitness activities. You agree to follow the instructions of our staff and use equipment safely. You represent that you are physically able to participate or have consulted a physician. We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from your failure to follow instructions, your mis-use of equipment, or your misrepresentation of physical ability.
5. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
