PER4ORM is housed inside of a giant 12,000 sq. ft. facility located off of 595 and Nob Hill in Davie, Fl. Inside of the facility is 40 yard long performance turf, 16 weight lifting power racks, Olympic lifting barbell sets, balance & stability equipment, resistance bands & tubing, plyometric equipment, free weights, push sleds, assault bikes and linear speed tools & machines. We also have a 800 sq. ft. RECOVERY ROOM where we treat athletes with techniques such as myofacial release, scraping, cupping, flossing, massage, PNF stretching and NORMATEC pressure therapy, as well as another 800 sq. ft. PILATES STUDIO. Our off site field and aquatic center is located at Bamford Park Sports Complex, which is a 5 minute drive away from our facility.
